Are these green EZ clone sprayers?

This is what we have locally in Europe. They look exactly the same but are green.

I am not sure as I have not seen the EZ clones before.


Are these the same as EZ clones. Would there be a difference in pressure?

I have no idea if they are the same or different but from my experience it really doesn't matter. As long as your root zone is humid enough they will root, and with most any type of sprayer it will be humid enough.

I cant really tell, but they look that same... however when I tried to fit them in the 11/64th hole in my 1/2 inch pvc, they really did not want to go in. They went in about half way and then just popped out...

I used my bare hands..

My hydro catalogue lists the red one as EZ clone brand 360 sprayer and the green just a off brand.. difference here is there's no angle cut on the threaded end

if you have a good drill bit set see what is largest size you can get in the sprayer hole. im still trying to find the site that listed the inner diameter difference as related to color. some have tried them and didnt like the pattern or lack of.

I've heard they're different gph outputs but never seen anything to suggest it or back up what I've heard..

ok, found it. this is what i found. they use red, green and blue to readily identify flow rate and orifice size.
blue=.04" orifice, flow of 7.5-11gph,
green=.06" orifice, flow of 15-21.8gph
red=. 075" orifice, flow of 21.7-31.4gph
flow rate depends on psi range of 10-20

If I understood how that would effect the setup, then I would be estatic over that info. But I have no idea how it would change anything... I'll figure it out in a sec...

it's a different gph and degree spray pattern. iirc the red is a 360deg spray pattern, the green is something like 180deg and the blue should be 90. i've never messed with any of the others, just the red ones.

I have the red ones, but never even thought about the other ones...
told the guy at the hydro store I needed 6 sprayers like the aero cloner and he handed me the red ones...so that was that...red it is.

I am happy with the red...so whatever. use a mix of colors...I mean you can't really get this wrong, unless you use the wrong drill bits.
and you can google the size of them...there is a thread on here that google pulls that is spot on and exactly right. I used no glue or anything and I get no leaks anywhere...
I take it back...I do have to duct tape around where the cord for the pump goes in the bucket...or it drips little drips of water off the cord...but a couple pieces of duct tape and problem solved.

The first cloner I made was from a pencil box an airstone and a styrofoam carton from mcdonalds.
