You took all the fan leaves off, while it needs a few for nitrogen. Your gonna get some leafy buds when those finish up. I found the more I defoliate yearly they just grow more leaf in the buds to hold Nutes. So now I wait and go ham last week before harvest after it leaches the fans yellow

During the day temp is about 85 to 90 the humidity is pretty high and I'm using superdirt instead of regular noots and a 1200w led duel chip light

Plz elaborate if u don't mind n any suggestions on how to fix?
LST of plant would have been fine alone without chopping important fans. Shaping a plant allows better air exchange plus light penetration. Bud growth is irregular and will not change much.

Less is more ... when growing. There are times when going to extremes do not pay off. Especially when plant has healthy leaf growth. Sometimes its best to just let the plant be and grow on its OWN TERMS.

I cant tell too much by pics most in dark , but i think there are bug issues too.

Thank you so I shouldn't worry about the bud sites getting direct light as much? That's y I start pruning

Piece of advice .... compare plant ( flowers ) “ today “ then say in about 7- 10 days ......
if there is NO CHANGE , cull it.

Chopping can stunt a plant too.

Next time - forget super soils and shit like that to start grows . Look at simple bagged soil medium - this way , its just you , the plant and water.
Problems occur when one starts mixing this and that and not seeing some combos make the medium unbalanced and possibly TOO HOT.
