im pretty sure that wouls be a hermie, otherwise is it possible that it got pollenated/ cant really tell from the pics. also, your plants seem to be a little dry and crispy, they could use some more water i think.

I'm no expert but I have had male plants that have flowers when I have planted randomly in fields and I know that the male plant does flower. The 1st plant looks like a hermie, the 2nd one looks like a female that has gone to seed, the 3rd looks like a male plant flowering and the 4th (I've gotta agree with Wigmo) the plants look really really dried out.
Don't get too discouraged though because the male flowers can be quite potent. Just not as potent as the females. And it looks as though you have a seed supply for your next grow.
NOTE: Please get other opinions as I am no expert.

But will it cause my others to go to seed or turn male? what could have caused this...?
As for the watering... i actually over watered them in a big way and it caused all kinds of problems and is why they look crispy... i give them about 3 cups of water per day per plant. Any help would be great!!! Thanks guys

also thats way too much water ,let them dry out for a couple of days atleast ,think of how much water a plant gets in nature(not three cups a day, even in a wet climate )let the pots dry out preety good before watering ,but too much water could have definatly caused them to seed(turn hermie) ,any strees on a plant can make it start to seed .any plant with them little balls have to be moved out of there unless u want very unpotent weed loaded wit seeds,

also that is way too much water, only water ever 3 to 5 days or when the dirt in the pot gets fairly dry ,completly dry on the top, think of how much water plants get in nature(not 3 cups a day even in a really wet climate, they dont need to be wet all the time, and you really gotta get them hermies outta there ,any plant that has them balls gotta go,if you look close you can see that when they open up(the little single balls) 4 or 5 little banana looking things hang down, powder comes off that and pollinates the rest of the plant,if its not to late already ,if you have a plant that has none yet but starts to get them ,u can try to pick them of but you will have to look close ,u might wanna think about an early harvest unless you want very unpotent weed wit lots of seed .Too much water could definatly be the reason it turned hermie ,any strees on the plant can cause it too turn. Good luck.

SHIT! That is what I thought! I harvested all of them today before they all went to seed. I got some sweet colas, pretty good for a first grow. Ok now onto my second with a little Durban Poison.....

Watch the temp in your room it looks really hot!! If you are using bought seeds, they should not become hermy. If this is the cas there are only three possible explanations. If the temp gets really high, with little difference between min and max the plants will react by producing male flowers. The second way would be erratic photoperiods (light/dark). If that changes daily by a large amount they will produce male flowers. The final reason is pure shitty luck. Generally female plants produce male flowers when they see their own imminent death, but 1/1000000 times they will do it because no male flowers are present, which is the case in every grow room. If your temp is above 35c alot of the time, change the room (add ac, blower, etc.) to lower the heat below 28c or forget it all together, they will almost always go hermy under these conditions.
