are these lights okay?

Is it okay to use 250watt flood heat lamp or plant light 120watts on your plant? which is better?

neithe them are great, but I'd use the flood. How many watts doesn't really matter. It's how many lumens your plant gets. different bulbs of the same wattage put out different amounts of lumens and spectrums.

i personally would not use the heat lamp, lots and lots of heat put off by then and you would have to have a great deal of air exchange ing your growing area for your plants to not get heat stress, that and your plants will not grow cuz it is not intended to grow plants.
