Pic 1 NO!! halogen will not work .
Pic 2 No!! Get stuff without the added nutrients...
Pic 3 Maybe If the Soil Doesen't have nutrients added to it already (soil with nutes in it messes it up if you want to add more as you dont know what exactly is in it)
Pic 4 No!! Get good fertalizer
Pic 5 Sure.. will work ok but 42w 150w equivalent is better....
Pic 6 Yea they work well....

Dont mean ta shoot ya down but get soil without Nutrients mixed in with it.... and get some decent Nutrient / Fertalizer not a spray or drops and use that ....halogen light don't provide the right spectrum of light for good plant growth this is very well known....42w soft white and daylight CFL's work well for cheap there about 8$ a piece...

Agreed. You want to add your own nutes.

Be sure to look out for color temperature for the CFLs. 5000k/6500k for veg (throw a few 2700ks in there) and 2700k for flower (throw in a few 5000k/6500ks).

You also bypassed clamp lights (they come with reflectors) and bulb splitters. You may also want a surge protector.

hey a broke man MG MC if FINE.... no nutes needed during veg, you just need flowering nutes. i mix like a 30% perlite to the MG getting a couple O's per using 400w hps

its not the best, but works. i just switched to a DWC to see what i have been missing
