Are these Nutrient numbers right ?

So this is my first indoor grow and the plants look great. But I feel like the amount of nutes is a low nunber. is this typical?

I like a little more N, but they aren't bad.

So the ML per litres of water is correct? is that everytime I water ? Im watering every 3 days

i don't use those Suggested #'s
I use a meter and mix to the ppms I want to use. I never like using a basic feed chart for a plant that has different strains that require different feed amounts.
I prefer a little every time I water.
