Are these pistils??

Just pre-flowers so unless buds start forming it's not an auto.

Do you not know the strain you are growing?

They were clones from a reserve in Ontario. Kosher Kush is apparently the strain... but I took that information with a grain of salt, so could be anything.

If they are from clones then they aren't autos. Clones will show sex sooner than seed grown as they are the same age as the mother they came from and already sexually mature.

You can clone an auto but you can't make it re-veg. You just end up with a small bud that would have been bigger if left on the mother plant.

Okay that’s good! I just wonder why the pistils appeared so early. Should I be concerned?

Thanks for the insight!

Pre-flowers are totally normal and very desirable when growing from regular seeds so you can identify sex before investing too much time, effort and resources growing out plants that end up being males.

I've always grown regulars and often make seeds but am soon making my own silver thiosufate so I can make female seeds. First I have to make the sodium thiosufate and silver nitrate that combined make the silver thiosulfate. Have everything but the gumption to get off my ass and cook them up. :)

I found a great spot to download FREE POT BOOKS. I downloaded a grow bible first and got lots more. Books look great and complete like the real ones I have here. No web site but just a page of links. Just right click on what you want and then "Save Link As" to download so they don't open first as some are 50+ megs. They got lots. Enjoy.

looks like it but i've never seen them that long before maybe its just because of the close up idk. likely just pre flowers. they should NOT flower under 24/0. 18/6 has been reported numerous times for different strains but not 24/0. i ran 24/0 on my current plants they pre flowered as well then went back into veg. they pre flowered around week 6 of veg. idk if they went back into veg tbh it looked like they did but i ended up flowering them anyways at end of week 7.

im not totally sure how the whole pre flower in veg stuff works but if you want to continue vegging just keep it 18/6 or higher and they will continue to veg.

Would that indicate that it is an auto? Like I said, I am running the lights 24-0
Not sure but probably not an auto, some strains seem to put out preflowers regardless, maybe it's had some stress I don't know but I wouldn't overthink it if I were you cuz it's not an issue, however and I can't tell by that picture but you may have a nutrient issue starting, if you want to put up a better picture might help, good luck

I’m thinking there is a nutrient deficiency as well. News pics are attached. Any insight? I am using green planet nutrients (following their recommended dosing schedule). I have 2 plants, it’s odd that one looks healthier than the other, used the same dosages.

Looks like nute burn to me and possibly some magnesium deficiency. With your low humidity it makes it easier to have nute burn get going at relatively low ppm levels. Recommended dose levels are often a lot higher than what is good for the plants.

What is the current ppm?

Which Green Planet nutes are you using as they have a few and have different feed programs for each.
