I am new to this game. I think one of my plants, George Bu$h a.k.a. #11 is showing preflowers. what are your opinions?

yeah i've been tryin to fig that out. it used to be my biggest strongest plant and now it's my worst. kinda weird. i think it's PH thats doin it. so im in the process of fixin the crap. take a look at my journal.l....
