yes but the gels work better less messy and more of a sure shot it stays on the stem powder seems to rub off ect real easy and never dip your cuttings directly in the bottle put some in somthing else u can contaminate it...good luck

The first one says for non-edible plants. Thats kind of a red flag to me not to use it. (much like pest controls)

Now that said, you have at least 2 months before you 'eat' the plant and for the hormone to work its way out of the plant.
