Are these Super Soil ingredients enough? Which ones can be used for vegging without cooking?

Hi all!

Iv got all the ingredients i intend on using for my super soil recipe but wanted to check if i need anything else, and also looking for a bit of advice.

I plan to make a mix to use instantly for veg

Then add other ingredients to the mix and leave it to cook for 4 weeks before i use it for flowering.

My flowering mix:

33% Coco Coir 33% Peat Moss 33% Worm Castings
Seaweed Meal *
Alfalfa Pellets *
Neem Meal *
Malted Barley Flour *
Basalt Volcanic Rock Dust *
Bokashi Bran (EM-1)
Egg Shell Powder
Mycorrhizal Powder
Bio-Silicon (Plant Magic) 0.5ml per L
Molasses
Aloe Vera (From the plant)
Coconut Water (Fresh from the nut)

Firstly for the ingredients marked with a (*) is there a recommended amount to add per Litre or Gallon?

But most importantly which of these ingredients can i use from seed without first cooking?

I know the rock dust and egg shells will be useless without cooking.

Would the Bokashi Bran mess with a seedling? is it best to use for cooking soil and top dressing later on?

Also, I have a mix of used 50% coco coir 50% PM Soil Supreme (Peat) from my last grow, i was using PM Old Timer Grow/Bloom organic nutes.
I didn't flush this, could i still use it as my 66% coco/peat or should i wash it or start fresh?

And is 33% Worm Castings too much?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for anyone advice :)

Thanks
Fruit

I would use oyster shell flour over egg shell. The alfalfa is a compost starter too much will heat it things up. Id use that lightly. I top dress with it and put a light amount in soil. I dont cook either

Skip all of those and start your seeds in a light potting mix, then walk over to your super soil, finish it up and let it cook.

If your seedlings start to run out of gas, you can top dress this "cooking" soil over your seedlings but don't put too much, easier to add more if needed.

Will have a look at oyster shell flour thanks, and ill go easy on the alfalfa then! Thanks for the heads up!

Interesting.. that would be a lot easier! Starting in a peat mix and just adding the cooking soil when i need to. Thanks for the advice ill deffo look into that!

Yea its cheap too. I read egg shell will not break down unless its in an acidic soil even then it dosnt say how acidic and even if it did we dont know what the ph is

I would go with it for sure and its cheap. I use a table spoon a gallon. It limes to what degree im not sure but it does so I go easier on the dolo when I do so I dont go to alkaline. I use it to try to balance the cation aswell but im new to organics and probally dont know what the hell im doing with it but I do know those egg shells wont break down unless the soil is really acidic so if this isnt the case you may not ever get that calcium.

I warned about the alfalfa because I brought a compost starter and alfala was the main ingredient. I got really easy with it. Big nutes says a cup i do half a cup but.....I like to top dress with it alot. every other week until I get to a large container then its once a month doubling dose. It may be beginners luck but this is what I did and it appears we are very close to chem yields. But I also feed fish small dose to help where things may not be broken down. I think im gonna like this organic shit. Its alot more work however

Yea think ill leave the egg shells for the worms!
Alfalfa top dress sounds good, Glad your yeilds are responding well! Thanks man
