I have these two lights and I want to grow marijuana will these work IBM had them for a while one is a life lite 118 v 60 hz 70 watt tubed fluorescent lamp and the other is a aquarium flurosent light its 24`` and is 120 v 19 watts with 60 hz of powder will these lamp get ,e a harvest guys !!?
are these the right grow lights guys??

Indeed, you've got enough light for seedlings, and you could train them out into a long flat canopy (avoiding light penetration issues) so you could veg to a reasonable size & age under them... But you really couldn't flower with those lights. It may still be fun, but it wouldn't be productive.

But then you can start buying loads of cheap cfl bulbs...and your addiction to marijuana cultivation will have started

You can flower under those lights also but you have to think of the future and your quality/yields if you want to get serious about your new addiction.....

Perfect for getting clones going or keeping a mother if you added another one of the larger fluorescent tubes ,with two tubes and with a other smaller one of the lights you have on the sides (walls) of the room you would get started.But the lights you have in the picture ,just are not enough for flowering more than likely the wrong spectrum,probably blue.
We all start some where though so well worth a go,set a room up with the lights you have,and see if you can get plants growing ,in time add the others I have put.you will not get a great deal from the lights yeild wise,but it will get you started and will get you used to feeding getting seeds and clones started,many years ago about 15,I started with 4 x 3 ft fluorescent tubes cool day light spec,and kept a mother. I sold clones for a while till I had the money from that to start up a hps hydroponic grow.
I still do all my vegging ,cloneing seedlings under tubes a 4 x tube one with a 3 ft normal flouresent tube on the wall,this one is far more red yellow orange Color,together they do me for veg work.A lot cheaper than doing it under hid or hps.
