Are these trichomes ready

Maybe it's just my eyes, but I can't tell. Did you have the HPS lights on when you took the pics? I ask only because it looks like there's some yellow shading there.

I use a USB microscope and get much bigger trichome magnification, which I need because I don't see perfect up close.

I would give a shout out to Justugh, or Dr. Who & see what they think, but my very inexperienced guess is that you have at least 2 more weeks to go... GL

besides that, only fools look only at the trichomes instead of looking at trichomes, pistills and whole plant
Yes but only fools assume that all plants are ready to harvest based on all 3 of those together. I have not specified a strain or showed a full picture of my plant. Depending on strains plants pistils can stay mostly white while other plants pistils can turn Amber within the fist few weeks of flowering. Also the plant as a whole will without a doubt also be different every time. Especially when you add in options of lst, cropping and defoliating. So to base your assumption on the answer " ummmm........" Then give a statement about "fools" all while you are assuming everything just seems kinda self explanatory on who the fool actually is

What are you guys basing these 1-2 weeks on?

I'm definitely not an expert here which is why I suggested that you ask Justugh or
Dr. Who, but I don't see many amber trich's & what I do see dsnt look ready...

Hey, you asked the question & these guys are only trying to help you, so stop being a douche! He wasn't calling you a fool, he was simply pointing out that ANYONE who only looks at trich's wld be a fool not to look at the whole picture....

"Pistils" and I didn't say I was chopping it down now, hence the reason for this post. Again I will post this screenshot as well as another that pistils really have nothing to do with harvest time. It could be a guideline based on strain but that's it.

When you thrown in the word "fool" while assuming that I don't take into consideration everything else, and not generalizing the word "fool" it has nothing to do with being a douche. I am simply stating that I am not a fool, and I do know that you need to harvest based on more than just 1 factor. I was also stating that not all 3 factors need to be there to harvest. I hate how people use the passive aggressive approach then when someone else turns it around they are a douche. Lol so when I use the word fool I'm a douche, however when they use the word fool they are suppose to be teaching me something that not only is completely false but assuming every other aspect of there comment. Makes a lot of sense! :)

that was not my question.
take a look at the age of ur posts.
im outta here.
Lol I didn't know that there was such a drastic change in the knowledge of harvesting in the last 4+ years that people who posted stuff in 2009, 2012 would be completely wrong in the year 2016.
