Hello, everyone!
At some point my grower luck left me and my last few grow were a mess.

I am struggling with my current grow: plants almost 3 weeks from breaking soil and didn't grow much. I used to grow autos, but think that photos should be bigger at this age.

#1 has 3 nodes and droopy leaves. Lowest leaves are yellow, almost white. #2 has only 2 pairs of real leaves. Both plants had there roots grown through bottom of 1L fabric pots and I transplanted them in to final pots (as I don't have other sizes).

I thought that I had drown them, but soil in the 1L pots was dry when I transplanted them.
I use Plagron Royal mix and tap water (PH 8.2 from the tap, 6.2 - 6.5 after PHing with lemon juice). Maybe soil is to hot.
I have a 100 Watt COB LED and temps were in 28-30C range during "day" time. Due to temps I dimmed my light to around 50% of power, but that didn't really help.

So the question is: are they dead already or still alive? If they dead I will pull this plants out and will star from the scratch.
Any advises are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Any suggestions on watering? Should I use CalMag to support them?
I can't fix humidity levels, they are in 40%-60% Rh range.

A seedling will get everything it needs for a week or more from itself. Aftee that the soil will feed it for a few more weeks. It is rarily a lack of nutrition in soil for a young plant.

It wants proper temp, rh and some light. You should water, imaginging a cylinder around the plant and down through the pot. Dont water the whole pot yet. Water a few ounces and wait a day or two, do it again. Water a little more, keep up with the width of the plant. Small plants need to be babied into bigger plants that are hearty and strong, then they are ready for a full on grow!

Dont get hung up here. Its very basic and you yourself can get past this. Read the basics again (and again and again) in your favorite site or book and think of starting plants as a true nursery- baby them until they are a bit more robust and can take almost anything.

Principles of watering are the same...dont over or underwater especially young plants. Dont water dirt...water roots and where you want the roots to go. If a plant is a few inches across theres no sense watering the entire pot...it cuts off oxygen to the small roots.

There is no easy way...or hard way. There is the "right" way and a way.that fails. After initial growth you can abuse the plants 100x ways if one chooses, but it has to have strong roots for that.

Thanks for the help. Plants are recovering after being stunt for so long. I still have to keep control over my watering practices.
