Safe to say (and this is a question), not all strains will have the insane profusion of trichomes as in this example? By which I mean if my plant (let's say a Buddha White Dwarf auto) has 75% of the quantity of trichomes and a small fraction of them are turning amber, that would be the right time for that strain? How many times does are they done get posted?

You're right not all strains get frosty, but they do all get yes I'm done look about em. Folks harvest at all manner of different times for a bunch of different reasons, most of em wrong but in the end it's a personal desire kinda thing ?Safe to say (and this is a question), not all strains will have the insane profusion of trichomes as in this example? I understand the patience thing, but I don't have enough experience to be confident in my assessment.
I will play. This is the first of an un-named cross I made. I had polinated a platinum Bubba with a Lemon OG that I call Bubba Louy. Then I used pollen from a Bubba Louy on a Holy grail and got this. This is week 8 with 30% or so amber.

I also used some Bubba Louy pollen on a Xj13. I have one of those in the greenhouse selfing and need to name it also.
I cannot wait to sample them and see if my efforts have been worth the time.
