Yea, none of them were ready-if you think it's good now then next time you grow it your really in for a treat if you let them finish. Like others said, you need to get a scope 30-100x. That's the only way to tell. In my experience, hairs turn orange and receed long before the plants are actually done. Trichs are either clear, cloudy, or amber. You want them to be at least cloudy. I personally like to see 25-30% amber.
