are they ready

why are some small parts of my buds dieing my outdoor plants are about 8 weeks and almost ready the trichs are about 30% amber but a lot of the hairs are still green over the last couple days some small parts of a couple buds are dead does this mean they are ready or should i wait for more of the trichs to bee amber and what % neads to be amber sorry i have no pics thanx timbo420

30 percent is ok, 20-50 is good, go for it

I always like to harvest just between milky white and amber but I would go ahead and prepare for harvest IMO you dont want to go too much into the maber. The trichome is
starting to decompose.

Plants sometimes show a growth spurt just after the optimum harvest window. you can cut now, or wait a week. if you wait, you will get more weight but less overall potency. So that call is up to you.

what about the small part in the middle of a couple buds that has died
