Are those calyxes?

Got 2 plants at the end of week 6, are those calyxes or just growth tips? First time growing regs so I’m not really sure how to tell..is the female calyx always white?

Those are pre flowers, congrats the second one is a girl, first one looks male but it’s hard to see.

There have been rare instances where a female throws no pistils (which is what Monsanto is trying to repeat) and I've seen some that are magenta and pink but generally the pistils will be white. And signify a girl. Pic 2 definitely a girl. Until you're comfortable making the chop call give them another week and normally there won't be a question. But confirmation is usually helpful.

Looks female to me.
