Are three Led lights of 12V enough for a small autoflowering setup?

Even if they are enough for vegging something of a sort..they will be stretchy and scarce and i doubt would flower worth a shite.
Also you said 12v. I took it as 12 watts.
Not sure yet
I guess basic 12V LED or CFL lights

I would have to say you would just be setting yourself up to be disappointed.
What size space do you want to light?
How many plants do you want to grow?
Do you have a set budget or max you are willing to spend?
I plan on growing just one small plant and I do have a budget

No worries, for just one plant the most budget friendly light I can think of that should produce decent results for you is a Mars T600. They are small and pretty cheap but for just a single plant should do exactly what you want and are easily sourced. Here are the links from Mars for different countries.
