Honestly id probably throw both the lights above them now, the HPS will be fine vegging for a week or 2, at worst you may get a little stretch, but at the same time, your plants will be recieving so much more light and at this stage thats becoming crucial.

Yes the 150 hps will be a nice boost, i think it should flower those 2 plants pretty decent.
