Are we on Mars?

Here's a little theory I had going...

I've read several times that Mars is only 6 months distance by space ship (using the best ones available of course).

Why wouldn't NASA already have men on Mars by now? Considering the age we live in it isn't that farfetched, no?

better ?, have we already been? if you lock a human in a room with no light and dont give them food at regular feeding times, the body after 1 to 2 weeks will change from a 24 hr schedule to a 25 hr. (which is how long the days on mars are) ...just something to ponder on.

Mars no longer has an atmosphere, low temperatures, it's not hospitible. We also currently have no transport which can carry a sum of people that distance. There are ofcourse more problems, however I see your point, it's possible and I feel more emphasis should be put onto flight research. We can't live on Earth forever and Mars would be a good testing/base point before we eventually populate the Europa moon, or wherever seems suitable/possible. I imagine giant bio domes would be neccassary to contain a variety of agricultural and survival needs.

One day i'm sure humanity will attempt to spread across the solar system or even galaxy, but untill we get civilization on track, here on Earth, that next step will just be a forgotten dream. I suppose we DID ought to be at the stage you're pointing out by now.

I only meant a few men, like a sort of Apollo mission. We've had the technology for space survival ever since the 60s (I mean oxygen tanks, space suits, space food, etc).

I think with the right funding (let's say the military..?) this could be achieved on Mars, right?

Wow, I've heard of folks that don't think we made it to the moon, but I've never heard anyone say we are secretly already on Mars. The short answer is no. The technology has not been there. The most advance propulsion system thought of at the time was nuclear, but it was not developed. That system could have made it in the time you suggested. A standard rocket would still take almost a year to make the trip.

the problem wouldnt be getting there, more of a problem getting back if something goes wrong, it isnt worth a human life.
we would have to construct a biodome on arrival, something that would keep in oxygen and keep plants safe from the sun. once a small colony was started new arrival would have a safe haven. but the first step has to be made.
as for the technology to get there, nuclear is the way to go and we do have the technology! just because it hasnt been built doesnt mean we dont know how. but why build it if its not going to be used. even if we did build the nuclear engine it would have to have years of feild tests. in 10 yrs we could be there... but we dont even have that long, the Mayan calendar end in 2012, nostradamus predicts awful events to come.
but im getting off subject.

but the real question... will there be weed when i get there? if not im coming back to earth.

The government only cares about hoarding money and holding power, not to progress our existance, perhaps when we deplete all of Earths resources we shall suddenly emphasise effort on leaving. Every countries military is concentrating on international relations as several of them are bitter between one another right now. Sad.

Yes biodomes, full of plants, govs always looked at us stoners like we're from another planet, why not be?
Combine funding, cultural strengths, sharp minds etc. Sure Richard Branson is designing a 'space plane' and he must be toking to keep smiling all the time . JK

I read something about this back in the late eighties in a popular science magazine or something like it. It's going to start with a huge increase in the size and scope of the multi-national space station. This will be the launching point for any long distance manned space exploration. They've already proven they can grow food in outer space using aeroponics and cell cultures. The craft that takes us to Mars will essentially be a lab that can create its own artificial gravity ( prolonged zero gravity will screw with your organs and cause muscle atrophy), provide a self sustaining food and water production facility etc, etc,... You will not see a manned rocket leave Earth and head to Mars. The mission will begin once they've established year round livability on the space station. Essentially, they're going to build the Enterprise from Star Trek before they head that way.

One: Obama is sucking all available funds up for his new welfare state. No money for actual progress. Go to China and India...they will be the new leaders in space, not us.

Two: Man cannot survive the trip to Mars. Once out of the protective layering of the earth's atmosphere, cosmic rays and radiation will slowly kill everyone aboard. There is no protection (so far) from it. A moon launch base makes the most sense, since all launches from there to location XYZ will not have to escape a strong atmosphere, gravity.

But Obama is not interested in thinking forward...he's busy trying to repeat FDR's Presidency of failure.

Mars is too cold for life there are little to no green house gasses in the atmosphere to warm the planet up like on Earth. Even on the sunny part of mars its freezing cold. All it's water is either gone or trapped in a frozen state. There is also little to no oxygen on mars so you can rule out having air to breath. Without heat, air and water you can rule out life.

how do you know we dont have a station on the moon? go there once? in the sixties? havent been back? ya.....

life in this universe is very abundant, but it has to be kept secret to keep mainstream controlling devices like religion in tact.

For instance...

if you found out there is a species out there who doesnt want to hurt us, but has us topped in every way shape and form, and we are nothing more than a zoo to them that they can come by and laugh at...

it makes it really difficult to believe that gods PERFECT son is jesus, and that he took the form of a human.

every religion teaches that humans are sweet, that we are special...

its how WE can detatch ourselves from other animals... and thus belive WE are not supposed to kill...

Otherwise, once you truely realize we are just any other animal... theres no reason for you to obey that commandment... and you wont.

all planets in our solar system are cooling down... very gradually.

The truth about mars is... it USED to have abundant life on it.

Now earth does.

The other truth about earth is... it didnt used to have as much water as it does now... back when all the continents were together.

So... where did the water come from?

this is when the pyramids were actually being used and egyptians existed.

if you dont think history can be deleted and surpressed, look no further than the 10 commandments...

the egyptians HAVE THEM CARVED INTO STONE that is AT LEAST 6000 years old.... but mroe along the lines of 10k, to 15k.

the egyptians story was of Manu, a guy who met the SUN on top of a mountain and recieved the 10 commandments.

So you tell me... if MOSES was the first guy to recieve the 10 commandments, and he existed less than 4000 years ago...

then why is it fact that the egyptians pharos taught them to the people in the time of the pyramids?

people are gullible, and are content with not figuring out this world around them...

they would rather pretend that WE are the greatest civilization in the universe.

If you as an individual WANT answers, then you have to understand, answers ARE NOT ALLOWED to be handed out to the masses... thats why we have classified info.

this world is a system, put in place by very intelligent individuals... put in place a very long time ago.

what you as an individual HAVE to do if YOU want more answers... is prove you are worthy, and get off your ass and take the necessary steps to EARN truth, by rising through the ranks of the cia, or skull and bones, or some organization that claims to have forbidden knowledge.... they exist all over the globe.

The teams we humans think are so important are a mindless game the the individuals on top laugh about.

If you cant escape thinking in teams based on skin color and location of birth...

and declare your friends or enemies based on a more intellectual level of resoning.... then the world leaders who have the forbidden knowledge believe that you, along with 99% of the rest of humanity prove your inability to reason... thus proving you are an ape in relativity coimpared to the intelligence of other humans that are behind the scense, and dont want to be famous...

they understand fame is an ape instinct that assists in getting laid.

problem is they dont want to mate with apes... so making it on mtv or cnn for the masses to watch doesnt excite them in the least.

They would rather wait until a hot chick joins the cia and proves she has a brain, or just use their money and influence to impress people on a one on one basis.

its important to understand that there are many levels above the presidency...

and these levels are not bragged about.

This life is an illusion designed to keep the apes captive in the zoo called earth.

but... we are lucky to even have earth, but most people arent intelligent enough to appreciate what they have, and think they deserve everything...

mars, other planets, etc.

this is why world leaders keep it a secret that there are other planets and other species.... they know it just puts us all in a bad mood once our perfect princess egos get shattered that we arent gods favorite...

and people just throw in the towel and say fuck it, im going to live like an ape (because your genetic desires are 98.5% identical to an apes)

so the reality is... we want what they want... what feels good to them feels good to us.

what apes want and what we want brings success in an unorganized jungle enviroment.

once you add atomic energy and biological weapons t the mix.... apes anhililate all life with their un advanced desires to kill when things dont go their way...

we think we are sweet...

the reality is we are very LUCKY that other species in this universe allow a species as ignorant as ourselves to occupy such an amazing planet.
