About 1 hr, according to the Meater plus probe(been pretty close so far) until pure bliss. Then i gotta let chill for a minute.
I dont know about you guys but when i cook up a rib roast i love eating the ribs attached more than the roast. Carve them fuckers off and MMMMMMM MMMMMM MMMMMMM. Well i’m smoking just them things right now.IMG_8961.jpeg
I was at costco yesterday and they actually have the spatchCOCKed turkeys, brined, for like $50 for 12lb. I cant wait to do my own

the rack on the left has been spritzed with apple juice every 1/2 hr as a test

Where did you get those beef ribs? I haven't seen any as meaty.
