Argggh broke off branch

damnit, just snapped a branch completely off a 1 week flowering plant. I stuck it in water, but what happens to the main plant. There's still half a branch sticking off the main stem, but it's just a stem with no leaf matter.

Non issue. The plant will continue to flower normally. Maintain typical routine.

You think anything will sprout from the crotch of the stem and main branch?

Potentially..I cut lower scraggly branches off occasionally during flower, and have had new shoots appear at the main stalk.

That happened to me last summer. I put the stem in water. I scraped nodes below the water line and roots grew so I planted, vegged, and flowered. Amazing how resilient MJ is!
