I agree with you Veggie. As long as you have your recommendation you can't give a certain group of patients a special privilege just because they live further from a dispensary. I am pretty sure that provision will be deemed unconstitutional or amended because of equal rights. Also keep in mind the amount of dispensaries are proportionate to the number of pharmacies. One dispensary for every 10 pharmacies. Arizona gained 55 pharmacies this year alone, so your gaining around 5-6 dispensaries every year. If your originally given that privilege, it would eventually be taken away once 10 pharmacies open up within 25 miles of your residence and someone opens up a dispensary. You need to extend that privilege to everyone or nobody at all. Last that I checked you can add to initiatives but you can't take away.
