Awesome part of this law is since they cannot racially profile

That means they can use the same excuse to detain you when they have no other cause.

Police officer: Muyloco I stopped you for a tail light that was out when you went past.

Muyloco: its working now?!

Police officer: So it is. Can I see your birth certificate and passport please sir. You may be in this country illegally

Muyloco: Bullshit I am white i'm not an illegal. I dont carry that stuff anyways

Police Officer: Well i guess we will have to take you downtown until we can prove you are a citizen. And since you are leaving your car here. We have to inventory it before we tow it.

Muyloco: You can't search my car without permission

Police Officer: I am not searching your car I am inventoring the contents. If i find anything illegal though I can bring you up on charges for that


Have fun with your blatant racism muyloco. These laws always have a way of coming back and hitting the people who get them enacted

It took me like 5 minutes to get this but once I did that shit was funny! That would be hilarious if police started stopping white folks and asking them of their citizen status.

Police ask all the people they pull over for their drivers license, what's your beef?
There is no law on the books in this country for anyone to provide a birth certificate, why you lying bro?

That's a bit exaggerated and even I don't like giving LEO's more power. I think a drivers license would suffice in this situation. I think this is more for people loitering at home depot wearing long sleeve shirts that haven't been made in 20 years when its 115 degree's outside that can't speak English....maybe that's racial profiling or maybe its stating the obvious depends on how you look at it.

What I can't wait to see is the first Native American elder that is going to be incarcerated for not having papers. A lot of the older people don't have birth certificates or any records of birth. There are large populations of native folks in AZ. This is going to get ugly.
