I have 2 seedlings at nearly 2 weeks old they are blackberry auto and bubba kush 1 is very aromatic and 1 has no smell i only put the dates on the pots so not sure which is which any ideas ?

Nope. Without reference pics of what strain its suppose to be, and would need to see pics of your plants , might help?

Both of these same age had the same light watered the same time but one is much bigger thats the one with a strong smell coming from it

2 plants , 2 different grows ... that’s why.

Leaf stem rub if you want an idea.

That smell when you smell green on other people is the best way i can describe it
