i use molasses ,epsom salt , i've heard of hydrogen peroxide ,PH UP: Baking Soda, PH down: Lemon or vinegar..

also note ..i went to the biobizz website and asked for the free samples and they just came today i got 2 bio-grow 2 bio-bloom and 1 bio-heaven

blackstrap molasses is the best but any unsulphured will work its very good a lot of growers on here use it..i've heard of using a rusty nail for iron and rain water is suppose to be real good.
