TO BE CLEAR.

we had 1 thread about this already.

WHY HAVE 2??

petitions are in my hands.

up north. wanna sign it or be a volunteer? PM

or we can arrange a RIU petition signing event. i don't care.

there are no limitations on this bob because well that inst how the effing process works..

once this is passed this basically makes the parts which reference marijuana in the mi public health code null and void.

thus would leave the regulation, taxation, size of grow, allowable amounts etc etc etc etc.. will up to the townships and counties.

take a state and local government course Bob. i can tutor you if you like.
You mean just like the med law? So, because the med law got so fked up, lets vote for legalization in an even more less defined way and see how well that works?

Bob, how is it not well defined? I fully support the med law entirely separate from legalization for all but in the same token, who in their educated mind would not support voting for legalization? Will the medical community somehow lose rights?

not at all.

well.. sort of.

your local townships will have to abide by the state constitutions. yep, we'll probably get dick cops going around again who are upset. and then cuffing people for OTHER crimes...

yep, we'll get townships and places trying to pass moratoriums to effectively make it null and void, much like the med law now.

BUT.. people and patients are paying more attention now, they hate what is going on, and this can be the tipping point in our favor.

the american governmental system is designed for Gridlock, -though it is annoying, once we pass for it to be legal, i have no problem going into my town hall and fighting for my freedom to grow. become more involved on the local level when they set the regulations for your area.

once it is said and done, who knows... massive restructuring of the state if one area allow 50 plants and another town only allows 6.

point is - the freedom of the plant. repeal prohibition.

i would much rather this than a model set up statewide with auditors carrying guns...

much like what we might have in two weeks if we dont speak up.

the medical community might still benefit from having the 12 plant count. what if it was only 6 for a normal person?

but that is why i stress it is up to the localities to decide, so be part of the process!
