I'm kind of out of the loop and not paying much attention these days.

Not yet, but an article in the Tucson newspaper yesterday said that one was just approved here for all zoning and local regulatory issues and local permits are issued. Supposedly next step is back to the state for final review before opening.

At least thats what the local news says.

i have to renew next month..hope my card will come back with the auth to cultivate. before they open a dispensary 25 miles from me.

A few are approved but will not be the first ones to open.
