There's a lot of racist stereotype comments in this thread. I live by the border, and a lot of my friends from growing up, who are mexican, have college + masters degrees in advanced fields of science and management. The 'first' generation folks may get the stereotype of '3 family per home' and 'construction/cook job' but once here, thew 2nd and 3rd generations they are not much different from any other race. Its more of a cultural thing, the older generations are more focused on having kids, but the later generations are focused on education and career , so you can say they get Americanized.

Nah, they both have the same bad habits. It's a cultural thing, a "look at me" attention getting type attitude. Exhaust modifications should be solely to improve upon vehicle performance, and it doesn't have to sound like a swarm of angry insects to accomplish the purpose.
