The soil is for dead mint plant. I digged a bit into it and spread a little of the cow manure, crushed chicken bones, dry tea, dead tree leaves, sprayed a lot of potassium water and closed the holes, after that I digged the holes again for oxygen.

I did already. Potassium water it's just a lot of the banana peel cuted to small parts and put it in water and left it in front of the sun for two days, it will give you a water full with potassium.

If you use soil out of garden and a shit light save yourself the hassle and don't bother starting you'll just be pissed off in a few weeks when they don't grow hardly at all if you're gonna grow smoke for yourself make sure you give it the best chance possible .

You said you've done research but I'd like to see where you found the articles about using all these items as medium. .... Tea bags and leaves? Bones?
Theres ways to amend soils properly.
Using old dirt from a mint plant isn't going to help you any.
If you were to actually do research you would have seen the many different mediums suggested for growing weed. Poking holes in the dirt isn't gona do much other than make your finger look like you just removed it from your butthole.
Get some proper dirt and nutes. And you won't run into so many issues.

That sounds more like a voodoo spell or a recipe for bugs. Both seem valid. The soil is too dense though. You need something that can breathe. Go find some other soil and transplant it.

@GEORGEFISHER3 your soil mix is a poor mix but you should be able to get a small plant growing nice under that CFL light. I start mine under a pair of 23W CFLs like yours when only a couple.
