*asking for quick advice on curing* *help*

TOO BE QUICK JUST GOT SOME BLUE CHEESE THAT HAS BIN GROWN REALLY WELL ORGANICLY AND DRYED FOR 7DAYS BUT HASNT BEEN CURED! ITS REALLY REALLY NICE AND I WAS THINKING THAT MAYBE I COULD CURE A NICE BIT SOMEHOW?

yes u can and the most common thing to do is put it in jars. Go to walmart and buy (ball mason jars)they are canning jars and pack them real losly burp them twice a day(open the tops for about 20-30 mins)for how ever long u want keep in mind the longer u cure them the better they'll smoke.Also when curing u need to be very carfull at doing it as they can develope mold very easily so i recommend getting info on the subject I.E.Growfacts at the top so u fully understand how to do it.I dont mean to discourage u becuse it is SO WORTH IT.hope it works out for u.

Well ive put it in a air tight container and placed it in a cupbord in the dark il just have to hope am right :(
