Asking for White Russian tips and advice!!

Will begin growing WR. Im a newbie to the whole thing first grow. I have been reading books like crazy for bout 4 months. But I love these forums you guys create cuz its situations you guys answer from personal experiance. Quick run down of my setup - 1000w MH(110k lumens) and HPS(150K lumens), 435cmf exhaust, 4x4x6.5 grow tent, 3 or 5gall pots, medium FFOF, GH nutes, going produce c02 with dry ice.

My question to you guys....is what yield could I possibly expect with this setup?

Im starting with 10 seeds, depending on how much I get per plant will determine if I do a SOG 12-16 plants in 3g pots or 3-5 plants in 5g pots.
My aim in is for 8oz per plant or more if possible.

Im a new grower and I don't have any experience with SOG yet but the setup your suggesting will most likely be pretty sweet, you should get a decent haul

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he gets about 2 Lbs per plant.

It is all ways hard to guess a weight because i'm not sure of how far the plants are along the line.If you have done the norm for newbie growers and had the lights 10 foot of the top of the plants then not alot.If you have got plants that have nice tight internodes then you should pull 2 and harf to 3 ounce per plant depending on the space the plants have.My advice to you would be do a sog grow flower just under 1 ft and you will pull 1 and harf of each plant but you will get far more plants in the room.Start all the plants at the same time same size pots[square]fit togeather easyer thus giveing you more room.Some of the plants will surpass there sissters but just raise the sides to create a kind of u shape in the grow room.Growing in this fasion can get some great results.
