Have you thought about using blocks of ice? Put one into the reservoir everyday (or whenever).
Of course, the question is how much ice?
Are those the temperatures (i.e. 35-38C) that you expect the reservoir to be at, or the air, during the hotter days? And what temperature do you want it at? ~25C?
 
Skip the dry ice. Frozen 2 liters will do the trick. Just remember to fill them up with water and freeze....lol
 
last year, I solved the problem with a small refrigerator bumped the tank,. 7C was downloading from the outside temperature. maybe do the same thing again ... the ice did not think to do good bacteria in there .. and it is difficult to stably statists 20 liters at 25 C.100_2359.jpg100_2439.jpg100_2427.jpg

Apologizing for not having visited all of your older posts, I would like to know the light spectrum of your current setup. Do these panels radiate a growth or a full spectrum light?
