You have to be creative with your phraseology when you need to discuss beans that would not germ or other such problems.
I have mentioned it here on RIU a few times but I have a couple friends who had germination problems with seeds they purchased through Attitude and when they tried to get help they were basically cut off and they were rather upset. In each case I asked them if they had never watched "Goodfellas" or any episodes of "The Sopranos." I said did you notice how they would talk in public and even on the phone about things that were illegal but do so in a way that could in no way incriminate them or anyone else or even be connected to any criminal act?
I said try again and say or write something along the lines of I purchased one of your novelty items and when I attempted to try it out it did not work and clearly a manufacturing flaw was the cause of the failure. I said let them then respond and whatever they say or ask only respond directly to it without any other details or information. Only give them what they ask for. Each time each friend gave it a try and the response to what they said was a veiled question as to what it was in regards to but stated in a way where they knew what to say and what not to say in response. Each received replacement beans plus additional free beans.
You have to be creative and say what needs to be said but say it in a way where nothing unacceptable to the laws Attitude has to maintain is said. You tell what the problem is by talking around it, referring to and inferring about but never actually saying it and then follow Attitude's lead and only give them when they ask for and nothing more.
