They refilled the Lee Roy. I ordered the mug to purchase the guarantee, but in the comments I told them to not ship the mug
and just put the shit in an envelope. Odds are much better. They agree. We will see. I have no problem what so ever paying
an insurance of under $10. They had to ship my last order 3 times for me to actually get it. I've been waiting awhile for a pack
of Lee Roy. Then next week Sour Kosher is in the promo. Ya, there's another order there....

Still in Chicago..No package with a customs letter or anything...Just sent my first email to Attitude. I went with the guaranteed delivery option, but won't it just keep getting flagged?

I'm in the same hole, I bet an employee stole it. Packages get lost all the time and we don't have the balls to complain.

Laura at the tude offered to ship a third time or give me a refund. I took the refund, I am going to hook up with my bud who lives in a med state and go visit him and get some strains that way. Worth the fuel IMO, I got two orders through, just going to give up. Someone is Chicago got smart, I think it's cause IL just got passed as a med state, the most restrictive in the country mind you, and someone is snagging seeds for either the state gov or a personal garden. Please keep this thread going and keep the seedbank s informed so they can try and beat the man!!!

Mine has been in Chicago since July 12th. I made 2 prior orders with attitude, no guaranteed shipping, and I got my order within a week. Now, it's been over 3 weeks. This Chicago stuff is pissing me off.

I think it's a little strange that it's mostly the Tude who keeps getting their orders confiscated. Since June, I've had six orders (of mine) from four seedshops come through Chicago with no problems at all. Usually takes less than six business days, all of them coming through Chicago and moving on very quickly (usually same day). My guess is that all this "stealth shipping" garbage is what's getting the packages looked at in the first place. Never ordered stealth, never had a problem.

Your order is not arriving. That's way too long. They've torn it apart and removed everything contraband at this point. When they are good and ready, and bored and tired of making you wait, they will mail you your empty package.

I have had two taken in the last month from chicago. Attitudes stealth shipping is history. Does anyone really think that US customs does not know how they ship the seeds to the US. They lay in wait for the coffee mugs and wallets to show up from GB. All with the same type labels. They may slip through if they are overlooked. The party is over and it's time to move ahead with new techniques on shipping. On the other hand The Attitude guarantees delivery if you pay for it. They send 50 bucks worth of seed that costs them $5, with a coffee mug worth $2, and $12 shipping. If they lose with customs they resend it via a padded envelope regular mail and it arrives. Sounds like a good business plan it's a no lose transaction for them, do the math.

Illinois is no where near becoming a med state. They had a purposed bill for it that got voted down. And yes it would have been stupid strict, they wanted med patients to give up their driver's license if they received a medical permit. Chicago is in the middle of red neck conservative USA, this is how Illinois wants the rest of America to think of them as, A-holes. "The party stops here" is the state motto.

Yeah did that years ago. I grew up there, didn't like it.
And picking up and moving to a new state is not as simple as you would make it sound. Finding a new job and being a complete stranger with no family or friends in a new state is scary for some people.
I did not have a wife a kids, that is about the only reason I could make the exodus, many are not that lucky.
