The tude came thru, got my black friday special, beans in hand and safely stored away. I'm good for next years outdoor and at least the next year indoors. Cam thru chicago customs. Wont say how, buy it was def stealthy. I have nothing bad to say about the tude, 2 orders in the last 2 months, both thru chicago unmolested and every bean has sprouted so far.

Feels good doesn't it? I'm on a spree ordering as many regular seeds as I can get, in case it gets a helluva lot tougher to get them. I'm concentrating on building a dozen or so varieties, with both sativa and indica influences, coming from strains like NL, Skunk #1, DJS blueberry, Mr. Nice Black Widow, Haze, kush, etc. I wish I could get my paws on some landrace type beans with a heavy Panama Red influence and/or Colombian Gold while I'm at it, but who has the real genes? I hear PR is gone.

I did some looking into PR and it looks like a lost strain. Im no expert, but it seems like if it were around, we would see it, or some trace of its origins. There are a couple strains I have heard of that claim to be a cross of the PR andsomething else. But if there is a cross, then why no pure strain? Would it be from stored pollen? Who knows? After doing some reading into strain origins I would love to talk to sone original breeders that have held onto OG strains, but I'm sure that info is somewhat of a highly regarded secret.

I'm gonna have to agree with this one. 21 BUSINESS days will usually always end up being a month after the fact...at least with 14 business days you're shaving a week off of how long you have to wait...but then again...21 days is standard to be sure that the package is completely lost or stolen and not just late. Still, it should at least be 21 days PERIOD...only being able to count 5-6 days of the week not including Holidays is brutal.still nothinghighly disappointed so far. Attitude has always been good to me before...they should change the 21 day rule to 14 days after ship

I agree. Particularly if you spend the extra bucks to get the guarantee. The Attitude is just as able to track our packages as we are. If they see a package has been stuck at Chicago's ISC for over a week, they oughta be able to figure out that it ain't gonna be delivered! After two failed attempts, I asked Attitude for a refund. I should have gotten 85 dollars back, (assuming they don't refund the guarantee and shipping). All they gave me was 71 bucks!!!! Now I'm waiting on an order from Herbies. Got an email from them telling me that they're no longer able to send out overseas packages with tracking option any longer. It just said, if you don't receive your package by Jan. 24th, email them and they will reship. God Damn!!!!!

I made up my mind to continue to ask for reshipments until they realize that they are losing money. No way I'm missing out on those Humboldt freebies! No way! Also, I'm ready to deal with the Feds/Local "authorities" if they ever come looking for trouble. That's the problem with the Freedom of Information Act and everything being made available on the internet. I spend all day reading through pages and pages of codes and statutes and found that they literally have no legal basis for what they're doing and if you can cite the laws and call them on their bullshit they back off. Been monitoring this situation for weeks here, I think what we have before us mostly are a few loudmouths and some bullshit. Which is fairly typical of this site, really.

Look people...the fact is that the Controlled Substance Act isn't binding law as it contradicts the constitution and is only an international treaty which, despite what congress might want to tell you to the contrary, doesn't have supremacy over the Constitution. The best thing anyone can do is to educate themselves on their local laws (as these sites already suggest) and realize that (as I stated before) they have no legal basis to make cannabis illegal for any purpose.
But then again, our Congress has gone rogue. Anyone read up on the Wickard v. Filburn SCOTUS case? Congress basically said that they can regulate what you do privately because it affects interstate commerce. In the case of Wickard v. Filburn the Courts stated that since he was growing wheat to feed himself and his livestock he wasn't purchasing grain from the interstate market (which is where Congress claims power through the Commerce Claus of the US Constitution) and thus they had authority over it.
Let's really think about this...
They are saying that they have the power to tell you that you can't make your own deodorant, toothpaste, soap, clothes, food...ANY and EVERYTHING, because if you exercise your right to buy whatever you want whenever you want by not buying anything at all, you hurt the interstate commerce and thus your private actions have to regulated.
This shit is insane and should have never been allowed to continue. I mean, honestly...had I been Filburn I would have shot each and every one of those fucks and fed em to the hogs. This is ridiculous and has gone on long enough.

And I normally don't pay attention to a person's number of posts, but elusivethorn joined this website just a few days ago. And all but his very first post were direct disses at people. Your seeds haven't been seized that you know of from Herbies, but let's tip off customs who do troll message boards for info on how items are shipped.
