Attitude order confiscated in Chicago, but did not include a letter, only a note

I placed an order to attitude, bonza, and hd all within 2 days of each other at the beginning of the year. Now, Im biased to attitude because of the number of orders that I have placed through them and the amount of freebies, that said I have only ordered from the doc pre new management other than the tude. Now I have all three orders in hand finally and the only one that got pinched was the parcel from the tude. Needless to say I feel it at least has to do with the packaging method somewhat because all three were different, the tude's being the only one that I was not overly impressed with. I love their freebies and their customer support, (new parcel already on its way) but I think that Im switching to the hd for all my needs in the near future. I'm not that interested in having my name and address on some 'list' so you'd think that they would understand that stealth is just as important as their guarantee.

I emailed Attitude and attached the images of the envelope and letter. The next day they reshipped.
The reship also got stuck in Customs Los Angeles for 8 days and it was inspected, (Green tape) but the seeds made it through.
I had asked them to ship however they felt would have the best chance to arrive.

Notice how the peeps bashing the tude recently joined to voice their concerns? I would maybe take it with a grain of salt if... they had more post and older join dates besides 2013 or 2014.

I have one order through them. I used the t-shirt method. I live on the east coast and got my package with no problem.

i just placed one for the feb promo..i hope they make it thru unharmed.. (smashed)

My xmas promo was shipped three times thru LA. snagged every time. Got my empty package with a another letter. Think Im just gonna give up . I have got 1 order thru 5 shipments. Fing customs is pissing me off. The Tude has been great at trying.

I have an attitude order that has been stuck in LA for five business days. Hope it goes through my last one went through Chicago and not a problem

Finally got my dec promo offer, I guess there wasn't plenty of time to order for Christmas.

How long dose it take to receive your order from thr tude I order the 12 of feb with stealth shipping with wallet and sweets and what customs do you think I go through I live in new york and what are my chances of my my package clearing customs. One more quick ? will tracking my package rise any flags..

Time is relative in winter. Snow has been a major problem lately. I'd give them 2 to 4 weeks from the day you ordered

The crazy thing is that my trackin number hasn't update since thiis Friday and it still said this morning originating post is preparing shipping it out, it
looks like its in the usa but hasn't been scanned in or received at a sorting facilitie, has anyone had the same problem and is my package gonna get seized because it's sitting still what are the odds of it making it through new your customs. order was placed the 12 ? should I have received my package yet and is the tude been honoring there deals for reshipping or refund.

don't worry about the tracking info, sometimes it does not update. if it goes thru NY, you will be fine and you should get it between 9 and 12 days from placing the order.

yes they will honor the reship if needed.

I just received an order I had put into Attitude 10 days ago yesterday, and for the 1st time out of at least 10 orders it got confiscated by Chicago Custom's. My order just had the green Custom's tape on it with my coffee mug inside. I shot Attitude an e-mail last night with a pic of my package and this morning when I got up I had already received a new tracking # for my replacement order. I didn't even expect a reply that fast. Hopefully I get my order this time though. I'm not hurting for beans right now, so I don't mind waiting to get my order as long as I end up getting it!

my beans have been at Chicago sense 17th .. No change in the tracking .

The waiting drives me mad !!
