Sorry OP but you are clueless. Sounds like you fucked up those plants yourself, and attitude gave you some reasonable info on how you could get satisfaction.
Actually I take pictures and keep all my packages. Not just with seeds, but with consumer items as well. I keep the box for at least a year just in case. At the very least, like with my new washer, I keep the UPC barcodes from the box.
Sounds like you're the average North American consumer who thinks everybody should hold their hand through life and complains when they don't get their way.
