I have always faithfully followed attitude, however, my latest dealings with them havent been quite what i expected, I know this is a Second hand story to most, but i shall be truthful in my recollection.
So, i placed an order for TGA Querkle 5 Pack & TGA Plushberry 5 Pack, plus garuanted delivery via a T-Shirt in original breeders pack, i paid and recieved confirmation, the following day i recieved confirmation it had been dispatched.
All is well at this stage, now, previously, some background, i have never not recieved an order from attitude, i have placed over 5 previous orders with no issues what so ever, so i had faith this time would be no different. Normally, i recieve the order within 8 days of placing it, now 14 days had passed and it had not arrived, i check the tracking number they had given me and it stated it had arrived into my country exactly 7 days after the date of order, so im thinking, the mail might be a little slow and left it longer.
I waited 21 days thinking i dont wanna piss them off by bugging them earlier than im supposed to, so, after 22 days, i emailed them and advised them i hadnt recieved and that the tracking said it was in the country and that i normally get it within 7 days. I recieved an email back from them saying sorry you have to wait 21 working days before advising as there at the mercy of the mail system, so i emailed back and apollgised and said i will wait the time.
After the 21 working days still nothing, so i checked the tracking again and it said it had been delivered to a DC centre not even in my suburb which sent alarm bells ringing, so i contacted attitude as i had waited the required time and explained once again politely that i had not recieved the order.
I then got an email back telling me that even they could see that it was not my suburb that they would have to follow it up.
I then got a little pissed off and emailed them saying that i had paid for garuanted delivery and that there terms and conditions of buying the T-shirt ensured garuanted delivery so could they please re-send the order as thats what i paid for.
I then went on to to advise them that if they dont assist me and abide the terms of the sale i would contact the appropriate internet trading authorities and legal advice to persue it further and that i awaited there reply before proceeding.
They then came back and said that they would meet me half way and re-ship if i paid half of the order total again, so i refused and explained like 3 times i paid for garuanted delivery and that i was gettign mad as they were not sticking to the terms.
They basically refused me and said that they would lodge a claim to the postal service that required my drivers licence info and a copy of the invoice for the lodement, which is ridiculous when they know that its illegal to import seeds to my country.
i ignored them and basically wrote that money of trying not to be bitter about my dealings with them, then after another week, the person i had being dealing with the whole time emails me and says youve got an unpaid order sitting there, what she could do is send half of the unpaid order now in lou of the unsuccesful order, or she could send half the unpaid order with half the unsuccesful order once i paid half of the unsuccesful orders value, so i emailed back and told her to send the half order now please and that i would consider it square, place a new order for the same as the unsuccesful order and continue to use them attitude.
Now, i was thinking finally some sort of resolution, however i wake up today to an email from another staff member, saying in good faith, they will send half of the unsuccesful order along with a new order when i make it, that all that i have to do is write it in the "instructions checkbox" in checkout.
Ive emailed them back today saying, im not spedning another cent until this unsuccesful is fixed, do they consider me stupid, why would i trust them again and spend more money on more when i havent recieved the other after paying for garuanted delivery under there terms, i told them they keep changing there my minds at my expense to please fix this order first before anything, we shall see what happens.
Im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, i have gotten upset with them but at no stage have i sworn or used abusive language with anyone or aginst attitude etc, i have remained respectful, however, i let them know i was frustrated, angry and upset. They dont seem to give a shit though.
Again, let us see the reply they give from here.
