i had a problem where my payment wouldnt go thru. this was about 2months ago or so. i tried the pay now button twice and no go. so i called them and spoke to cutomer service. she said she saw my order but no payment went thru. she took care of me over the phone and received my items in 7 days.

no its not a toll free #. i have emailed them before and did get a response.

I just got seeds from them in the mail friday....Email them they always reply at about 6AM Pacific time

Just saw that they only check monday-friday so hopefully I get an answer today.
