What's the problem? It takes time. Crying here will not get them through customs any faster.
I'm in the same boat with my Attitude order. I placed an order on 3/21 that shipped on 3/22 and Royal Mail Track and Trace states that it's in Melbourne, Australia for delivery. That's as of 3/25, it hasn't updated since. I'm not in Melbourne, Australia. Anyway, not sure if it is normal for shipments to pass through Australia or not, but it's only been 2 weeks so hopefully it eventually makes its way to my doorstep. Unfortunately, I didn't opt for the guaranteed shipping. I've only ever ordered from Nirvana in the past and had no issues. But, I wanted to give Attitude a try for one of their promotions. They do seem to be really good about getting back to you. Jodie responded promptly to my inquiry about a possible mis-delivery. She said to wait about 21 business days before requesting non-delivery.

I'm complaining about they're customer serviceYou guys are all wrong if you're angry at the seller for what happens in shipping. Jesus guys, they are overseas and have nothing to do with the shipment once its with Royal Mail. Buy guaranteed shipping and be done with it. $600 in grow equipment but you couldn't spend $20 to guarantee your package? You guys are funny with your crying for noting . Look In the mirror and say, Dumbass, why didn't you get guaranteed shipping?! Feel better now? Quit expecting someone else to fix your mistakes. I hate to sound this way but y'all are ridiculous with your way of thinking.

What tracking say's has nothing to do with Attitude. Attitude did their job. You didn't receive your order, and after 21 days they resent it. They did everything they were supposed to, but they suck because you don't like what the tracking says? Well guess what..........My bday promo order still hasn't arrived and it took attitude like a week to resend my package after the 21 day mark and now the tracking just says origin post waiting to prepare shipment since 04-04-13! I'm pissed with the tude. Last few orders customer service was good but not this time.
