Ahh.. Customs IS Customs.. theres no difference between states.. its national... whether it arrives in QLD or SA or NSW, it falls under the same laws and jurisdictions as any other states customs laws.. you could put state by state leniency down to employee attitude.. NSW must just give less fucks than QLD or SA
that wasnt my point.. my point is that there are people on here claiming that multiple shipments are being withheld.. AFTER posting on this site a few weeks earlier that they are expecting delivery.. it doesn't take a genius to figure out this site MAY be monitored by the AFP or Customs.. not every day.. but they dont need to..
after they are through wat does it matter.. they are most likely going to find big shipments (20 beans or more), and aren't likely to come bustin your door down for less than that.. more of a chance of em comin back in 2 years and tryin to get you growin

Well first up I didn't say the laws were different in different states what I said was they do things different. You cant tell me it all boils down to employee attitude?
Think about it, if Melbourne where using the exact same sorting and screening methods as Brisbane how many people in Vic would be getting there beans? For instance when I lived in Victoria I got every order, even after posting on this site. Up here in QLD I didn't get one through.
Same method different states! You can't tell me they are doing things the same way. Its got nothing to do with the attitudes of their employees. That's just the truth of the matter, no if's or butt's.
As for more than 20 beans, my last seized order was 45 beans, No one kicked my door down? Too many people are doing it these days easier to just burn them and move on rather than to try and chase people down. You would be surprised at how many people are now ordering beans online.
Brisbane and Perth are the hardest because they obviously screen the hell out of just about everything. That's just how they roll and its how they do things at their facilities. Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Darwin are obviously more relaxed.
You have to remember that when people are saying they just ordered beans, no one on here is posting their real names or their addresses?
So how do they know what name, package and address too look for? They dont so what does QLD and WA do? Screen the lot!!
Like I said this has been discussed before. If the AFP were trolling this site so often, then why are beans still getting through everywhere else but QLD and WA? Like you say customs is customs so why is everyone happy outside of WA and QLD when it comes to ordering beans?

Not at all, its the way they screen and sort at their facilities. Like you say its best not to say anything, but in saying that there are aussies with grow journals on here that havent been busted yet and I think a grow journal is worse than saying you just ordered beans?
Im not going to touch on this subject again instead I will say it one last time LOL QLD and WA go with regular mail or bonzas buddy shipping option, everywhere elses stealth is good.
