I got banned from Attitude...lol!!!
Those dumb sons of bitches told me they were sending me my replacements from a month ago, I supposedly made a typo on my shipping address (even though I triple checked that SOB a million times and I know I didn't make a typo) and they ended up getting sent back to Attitude. Attitude told me that they will not reship them because its my fault that I didn't have the address correct. I think they didn't want to replace my seeds so they sent out a package to a dummy address so I would have a package to track and they would have an excuse not to replace my shit....
Anyways, I threatened a chargeback and they spent all day yesterday trying to talk me out of it, when they knew I wasn't giving in they refunded my order and banned me for life...ROFLOL

say hydro chek out seed botique, those beans are the cheapest on the internet and 2.95 shippin. everyones getting thier beans to . i ordered 2 white russians, 1 b.cheese seeds. thier b.cheese seeds were 40.00.dirt cheap ordered two days ago, will post wen they get here. theres nuthin wrong with sending seed to your house, man i been doin that for 9 yrs , a couple got seized, i just order again and they get here,lol. i keep a po box , off and on i use it. i get tired of driving to the po everyday,lol.i will order with attitude off and on still ,but they got to make this right. i spend a bit of money to wen i order to so we'll see.

I am sure there is a valid reason, where there is smoke there is fire. I am sure you are a nice guy but people dont just get banned for nothing. The attitude are only allow to sell seeds as souvenirs and when ever you email them about bad germ, non sprouts or any other reason you put them at risk, As they cannot answer email about this as the laws are tight and many businesses have been raided and closed because of this. Willy banjo is just 1 of many. I also dont believe that they sent your order to a bogus address, I am sure they send hundred of order everyday, Why would they do that and risk their reputation, Are you sure that you weren't the one who made a mistake when entering your details, We all make mistake. If you make orders with other seed banks I would rather say the seeds were cracked, I am sure they would understand that.
As for a charge back, Are you crazy man, I dont think you understand how the process work. The banks request all the information about the order and request any bit of information whether it had been resolved and they dig deeper into what you actually ordered. I think they probably refunded your order to protect you from yourself, as I am sure even if they didnt like you they wouldnt want any bad to happen to you. I am sure you can resolve this issue.

i stated to them mine were dead seeds.they offered to replace them, but if they didnt i'd jus go somewhere else. its not that big of a deal really with me . if use cc , actuually you havent paid for them yet out of pocket. go somewhere else or whatever , grow your beans take an oz to pay all out of pocket expense, at least thats the way i look at it, maybe you should to . to relieve your sef , and get on with life,lol.

Yeah they gave me some pretty crappy customer support. They at frist said that the seeds shipped in the breeder pack (um, no, it didnt.) and they also said something which makes no sense about the free offers (dont ask). Finally a few more emails later with me correcting them, they said theyd fix it on my next order.
So they replied to my email, with out actually checking what I ordered?
Okay, they were busy no big deal...
Want me to spend more to fix an error they did?
No thanks, I'll take my money else where.
