ATTN: Smokers help needed

So I went out today look for some MH lamps and all I could find was these 1000 HQL lamps for 6$ a piece. I have an idea that these are better than nothing but I am not sure? What are your thoughts? Also I found some plant food labeled 20-20-20 is this the right stuff?

I really need to know if I can put my plant under this light without killing it and if I can spray these nutrients labeled 20-20-20 on my plant?

you can use that light for your grow as opposed to a MH. what you have there is a murcury bulb. that is what people were using before MH came along.

Good thanks for the response, how about the plant food? I am working with limited supplies available as I live in Vietnam.

I wish I could get the good nutes like peter's and foxfarm's, but I live in Vietnam and those nutes aren't readily available.
