The 4000$ security deposit and per month rental includes the room and electricity to run your estimated 13,000$ worth of equipment. With federal 99 plant per building laws and such, I have a bad feeling about this one. I guess if his real estate venture goes bust, his criminal law practice will be booming :eyesmoke:

Even scarier:

"Herman says he makes it clear that it is the responsibility of his clients to make sure they are in compliance with the law. He says he will report anyone he knows to have violated it.

All perspective tenants of his company, named "Cannabis Solutions," will sign a lease that sets out what is allowed, including the fact that no one other than the legally-designated caregiver can be in the rooms where the plants are growing.

"I don't even have a key to their rooms," Herman said. "You can't push it or I will turn you in.""

I assume his lawyer buddies quoted in the piece hope to land those cases ...

His indemnity clause/scheme is designed only to cover his ass, all others keep a close watch out for that bus!

Sounds like you would be further ahead to go on your own way. 52K the first year...I think people have different ideas on how they'd invest that.

That sounds like an interesting idea , I guess to get to the grower LEO would have to go through the lawyer first , it would be his building ? Just think of all those buildings in Detroit , remove the roof and transform it into one big ass green room and rent out spaces . Cool idea ?

leo can get a search warrant for the address and bypass the property owner completely. I've even heard of em knocking a door off it's hinges once; didn't even duck tape it back on.

If there are multiple leases, or patients/caregivers, cultivating within the same address and/or bldg, well there's a name for that, starts with con...

Unless somethings with our current laws change,
other than being a tremendous liability for the property owner and everyone involved, i guess it's an ok idea.

Removing roofs from those old building would be un-safe needs. Many are brick.
Now demo and grow hemp maybe ;)

Good to see ya posting sir ;)

in all fairness there is a demand for offsite, away from home, grow areas. a mmj patient must to be able to supply themselves with medicine, through growing their own, but can't always do it where they reside.

however that attorney/lessor is charging high fees, which isn't a very good example of a space available to regular folks.

seems the legalization aspect ('16) could change dynamics most, then the zoning rulings for years to follow.
