Aussie grower needs help.

g'day to all yous out there in rollout up.org land, I need some help with a few things as I can getting my first grow setup, if there are a few people out there that would like to help me out along the way I would really be thankfull, so I've read a lot on this site but it is very very hard to read through to find the exact answer I am looking for so if there's anyone in my part of the world out there, I'd love some help.
Firstly. My grow room is 2&half x 2&half feet. I have 3lights going 24 hours a day ATM, from seeds. But no fan ATM, am I just wasting my time without the fan??
secondly , which lights have you found to be the best working lights, ??
there is a lot more valid questions I have , I grew abit when I was younger but only outdoor, I wanna no what I'm walking into with indoor ggrowing any help will be greatly appreciated ,

What type of lights are you currently using?
What's the temp range of the growing environment?

In terms of a fan, that's mostly about temperatures. If the growing area stays <26°-27° C or so, you are fine. I have heard a fan also helps make stems strong and that I believe. I always have a fan going and my stems are like tree trunks .

2½' by 2½' you say? If you can keep the area cooled as mentioned above, I think a 250/400W HPS would sure get the job done in that space.
