I could be wrong but as far as I know u cant be busted for receiving seeds but they can come to your house and be pricks with a search warrant....seeds are a collectible item they can busy me but not take the seeds unless they are planted-germinated...they will only confiscate them at customs
Well that's pretty relieving, the only specific seeds i've been able to track down in my area were red devils, everyone else i've asked only has nameless seeds. Hoping to get some good ones online to get some verity going, thankfully I grow / keep everything illegal in a separate house to where I live so search warrants aren't a problem.
I get them sent to another address and use my mates credit card cos he dont smoke or grow but I know a mate who has had them sent to his address 3 times he grows as well never been busted
