Does one or the other take more time (cause more stress) to recover? And should I wait a bit considering I’ve just re-potted or not?

Topping is strain related when it comes to stress and recovery etc
Some strains boom straight away no pause at all other strains take for ever to take off again

They sounds gd I'm fucking smashed
 
man i love my new garage door lol. its such a small thing but its nice i was able to go in there at 5 o'clock this morning without making a sound. no more 1970's roller door alerting the neighbourhood.
 
What my flower tent looks like now... let them settle in abit, bit of defoliation after a week or so... this round I’m starting with bigger plants so I think the fruit should be abit more bountiful

Topping generally causes more stress so takes longer to recover, but its no bigggie.

Topping will give you another cola, super cropping will give you a few more colas. You could top it and supercrop it. Do what ever you feel comfortable with but sooner or later you will have to try diff training techniques. I top and I super crop and my goal is to try to have an even canopy with as many tops the same height as possible.
I top, super crop and trim etc when im repotting.

I need a new door. Door on it has had its day and is rotting at the bottom.
Im also in the process of fitting another roller door to my shed. My poor WB will have to share the shed with the wifes new car.
