Its a good strain . but I can only get my plants to a certain size due to how much water I can give them. Can't wait to for this season to start.
Over ripe. Cut them down and start again.

how have you got them wired? in parallel or in series? what cobs? how many and which driver?

They're two Vero29c modules (69.4v). Wired in series, I think.
One cob has the positive wire from the driver. Then that cobs negative goes to the others positive connection. The other cob has the negative wire from the driver.
The driver itself is an ERAO Power LED Driver, model: LCN200W140T.

I cant find that driver. How are you dimming them? Is it on the driver?
Those cobs pull some power at 69.4v. 80w your driving them at around 600ma approx
160w your driving them at 1.2amps approx
225w your drovong them at 1.8amps
It seems as though your dimmer has increments 600ma apart and because both cobs combined are 138.8v its a pretty big jump in wattage each step. Thats my guess.

Mate I was really happy at first with seedman and I got the seeds they looked whitest that's OK BUTT NOT ONE grow for this reason I think they were a rip off and I had over 35 seedssorry....no can do
but its not hard to get them online...try seedsmom ..... you'll get it happening
