Here is the bulk pricing for 288.2 board + heatsink kits.

10x: 68.24usd
50x: 60.74usd
100x: 54.74usd

There's isn't a volume discount for shipping, as it goes by weight and volume. It is 4usd per board, or 5usd per board + heatsink.

Shipping cost summary would be:
10x board: 40usd
10x board + heatsink: 50usd
50x board: 200usd
50x board + heatsink: 250usd
100x board: 400usd
100x board + heatsink: 500usd
